Book Clubs

I’m always delighted to learn a book club has selected Home for Erring and Outcast Girls or Calling Me Home. Book clubs have been such champions for my novels. THANK YOU!

You may access downloadable Reading Group Guides at the links below. I hope you enjoy the additional materials my publishers and I have provided to round out your reading experience.

Book Club Visits

I have limited availability to visit with book clubs or other small organizations (i.e., garden clubs, women’s clubs, newcomers clubs) about Home for Erring and Outcast Girls. These visits may take place:

  • In person (within approximately thirty miles of my home, or in conjunction with larger scheduled events I’m attending elsewhere, such as a book festival or library event in another city or state).
  • By telephone. (I actually love phone-in visits. The technology always works!)
  • By video conference (Skype or FaceTime).

Please consider teaming up with one or more book groups in your area or combining groups from the same library that meet at different times. This makes great use of time and facilities—not to mention, it’s exciting when several groups are reading at the same time. If you live in a community that does One Read events, I am thrilled to have my novels considered for these.

Please complete the form below to be considered for a visit with your group. I wish I could accept each and every invitation; unfortunately, I can’t do that and continue to work on new novels! Rest assured I am grateful for your invitations and interest.

Please fill out the Book Club visit request form.
